- Conference Call Registration Pages. A corporation requested a registration page that would provide each registrant with a unique PIN for tracking purposes. We created a system to meet that specific need.
- Branded Conference Solutions / Customized Greetings. A large consulting firm needed a conferencing solution to accommodate their need for large bi-monthly meetings as well as smaller conferences to be held on a regular basis. In addition, they wanted their own branding. We created a bridge just for their conference calls, including their own customized greeting and hold messages.
- Conference Recording / Playback. Conference call recording, along with the ability to call in and listen to previously recorded calls has been an across-the-board need for our customers. Our solution is simple. All of our conferences can be recorded for free and are available for download or dial-in playback.
- Upload and Availability of Customized Recordings. Some of our customers have their own recordings, which they want to make easily available to their clients or customers. With our services, it’s easy to do. They can send us their recordings for upload to their teleconference bridge. We can also link theserecordings to a registration page that issues a unique PIN access code so participants can access the recordings on our system.
- Multiple Conference Call Lines / Accounting Codes. Many corporations have the need for multiple conferencing lines. With Wholesale Conference Calls, there is no limit to the number of conference lines available for an account. In addition, accounting codes can be assigned to each conferencing line for tracking and accounting purposes.
- Investor Relations Conference Calls. Providing professionally managed investor relations calls is necessary in today’s business environment. Not only can we provide unique registration pages, customized with company information including photographs of the presenters, but also we offer operator assistance to answer the calls, to gather information, and to place callers into the conference.
- Live Conference Call Monitoring. The ability to monitor the details of live conference calls was an important request from our customers. We built a dynamic and comprehensive system to allow the viewing of live calls online, including the ability to “see” who is talking during the conference call. Other desktop features include the ability to enable/disable call recording, lock/unlock the conference, lecture mode, muting of individual lines, managed Q & A sessions, and more.
