- Making Reservations: Each week, at the same time I have a conference call. Do I need to make reservations each time?
No. You never need to make reservations for your calls. You can use the same participant and moderator PINs for every call.

- Dedicated Conference Lines: Our company holds many conference calls. Is it possible to have a dedicated conference line with our own customized greeting?
Yes. We offer dedicated 800 numbers that can be customized with your own greeting and selection of hold music.
Top
- Training: Do you offer training for your audio & web conferencing?
Yes. We provide complimentary training, each week, to guide customers through the features and functions of our audio and web conferencing products.
Top
- Call Clarity: How can I ensure that participants can hear the call clearly?
We utilize 100% fiber optic lines for our conference bridges. We encourage participants to use land-line phones with either a hand set or a head set to ensure call clarity. Speaker phones and cordless phones can distort and cut out making calls less audible.
Top
- Disconnected: What happens if a participant is disconnected during a conference call?
If a participant is disconnected, he or she can call right back into the conference.
Top
- Call Attendance: How can I find out who attended a conference call?
Once you access your account online, you can view the conference manager. It allows you to view previous call detail as well as to listen to the recorded name of each individual who attended.
Top
- Real-time Attendance: How can I see who is on the call while it’s in progress?
Once you log into your account you can access the Dynamic Live Call Page where you can view the call in real-time. You can see each participant line, mute/un-mute lines, take questions, see who’s talking, and much more.
Top
- Recording: Can I record my conference calls?
Yes. Wholesale Conference Calls offers free conference recording for every conference line. With two simple key strokes, your call can be set to record.
Top
- Adding Conference Lines. Can I add additional lines to my conference call bridge at the last minute?
Wholesale Conference Calls’s toll-free conferencing services provide you with unlimited conference lines, allowing you to have as many participants on your call as necessary.
Top
- Notifying Participants of Upcoming Calls: What is the best way to notify participants of an upcoming conference call?
Wholesale Conference Calls provides the option of sending email invitations directly from your Wholesale Conference Calls account, which includes all the detailed information a participant will need to join the call.
Users also have the option of sending out email from a private email service provider. After setting up a conference call with Wholesale Conference Calls, your email confirmation will include a paragraph that can be copied into an email and sent to participants. It contains the dial-in information and you only need to add the date and time.
Top
- Archived Recordings: Can individuals who missed the call access the recording of the call at a later time?
Yes. Recordings of all conference calls are maintained in your Wholesale Conference Calls website for up to 60 days. Participants can dial in and listen to the audio call using our Playback feature, or alternatively, you can download the audio files to your computer for archive purposes or for mass distribution.
Top
- Conference Call Assistance: Our company needs operator assistance on the conference calls. Do you provide that service?
Yes. Wholesale Conference Calls’s highly qualified, professional operators provide assistance on all aspects of your call from setting it up, to assisting live during the call, as well as for post-call needs. Contact our customer care department so we can assist you.
Top
- Controlling Participant Lines: Can I control the participation of attendees on calls?
Yes. Conference calls can be placed in “lecture mode” which enables only the moderator/speaker to be heard, while all participant lines are muted. Using the Q & A option, only one participant line will be unmuted at a time, while they ask their question. In addition, a unique feature allows viewing where “sound” is being transmitted from, via a visual indicator on the desktop dashboard. This allows the moderator to easily mute disruptive lines as needed.
Top
- Multiple Presenters: Our company has more than one presenter on conference calls. Is there a way we can collaborate before the live conference call?
Yes. Using Wholesale Conference Calls’s pre-conference function, all speakers and moderators can join in a private audio conference room before the live call begins. With a few simple keystrokes on the telephone keypad, everyone can enter into the live call when you are ready to go live.
Top
- Conference Call Security: How secure is my conference call?
Wholesale Conference Calls guarantees complete security for your conference calls. Unique PINS are assigned to you. For further security, participants can dial into an operator assisted placement line where they must provide a pass code to enter the conference call. Alternatively, you can provide Wholesale Conference Calls a list of pre-approved participants who may enter a call.
