2. What is needed to set up an account?
You can set up an account online by pressing the sign me up button and completing the account detail page or call us at 1.800.890.7795 and we will be happy to set it up for you.
3. How soon can I set up my first conference call?
Instantly. After you have completed and submitted for an account, you will receive a confirmation email with the conference call number and access codes to immediately begin a call.
4. Do you have a demo or preview that will walk me through the process?
Yes, we have an operator that can personally assist you in a demo. We offer this online service every Tuesday at 2PM Central time or we can also set up a one-on-one session at your convenience.
5. How do I arrange my first conference call?
Directly dial in to the conference number you received via email and enter your moderator code. You will have also received a participant code on the same email to share. If a participant dials in prior to the call, they will be placed on hold until the moderator arrives.
6. Do I have to call ahead to schedule each call?
No. If you are hosting a conference of fifty people or less and will not require operator assistance, then you do not need to schedule your call with us. If your call will exceed 50 or more people, then we do require you to schedule with our customer service department at least 24 hours in advance.
7. Can calls be recorded?
Yes. You can set up your calls to automatically record under the Detail/Options tab of your account or set it up manually with each call. The moderator can record the call by pressing *2 from the telephone keypad anytime during the call. You will also have access to download your recorded conference call anytime by logging into your account.
8. How will you charge my account?
You will be billed monthly and the amount is automatically charged to the credit card on file. You will receive a PDF via email with your detailed usage.
