Call recording and playback are two convenient features that contribute significantly to our customer’s productivity and efficiency.
Call Recording
All Wholesale Conference Calls customers are provided with complimentary call recording services. Calls can be recorded by the click of a mouse on the desktop control panel, or alternatively, by entering in a couple keystrokes on the telephone key pad.
With out latest enhancements, you can start and stop recording while the call is in progress. Calls are archived for up to 30 days, where they can be easily downloaded and saved to other media or distributed to others. During that time, the recordings are also available for playback.
Call Playback
With the call playback feature, your customers, clients, employees or other associates never need to miss a call. This convenient service allows individuals who missed the call to listen to it from the archived recordings by entering in their PIN, preceded by a *, and then selecting the recording they wish to listen to. This feature is especially useful because it allows the user to listen to the call at his or her convenience, at any time, 24 hours per day.
Recordings are archived for up to 30 days.
